Service Policy
At Mrs Wray Tailoring LLC, every garment is worked on with precision and professional care. To ensure transparency and trust, we apply the following policy:
Fit Guarantee
The fit is executed according to the measurements and instructions agreed upon during the fitting.
If the result does not match what was agreed, a correction is offered at no cost within 7 days of delivery.
Workmanship Guarantee
All tailoring work comes with a 30-day guarantee against defects in stitching or workmanship.
Customer Approval
Garments must be inspected and approved at the time of delivery.
Once approved, any further modifications are considered a new service.
Limitations
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage or weaknesses in the garment
Natural fabric behavior (shrinking, stretching, or warping)
Changes in fit due to wear or body fluctuations
Garments lacking care instructions or those previously altered
Delicate Fabrics
Delicate, vintage, or previously modified pieces are handled with the utmost care, at the customer's own risk.
Claim Period
Fit: within 7 days
Workmanship: within 30 days
